INFERNO PILATES
Inferno hot pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a heated room. Hot pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.

Beginners
If you’ve never tried bikram yoga before, that’s OK. You’ll find our yoga studio to be very welcoming – just talk to an instructor or one of your fellow students for help. Here are a few tips to keep in mind before coming to your first hot yogainferno hot pilates class.
